Service Description
Through instruction and repetition, this class helps build your movement vocabulary, train muscle memory, and condition your body for dancing in heels. Perfect for dancers of all skill levels, but a GREAT introduction for absolute beginners. Short combinations and repetition are utilized, classes will begin with a small conditioning workout. *This class has cardio elements* This is an all-levels class. Heels are optional Ages 18+ only.
